TOP 3 Kathiyawadi Easy & Tasty Dishes

 Hey Guys,

So I am sharing with you some mouthwatering, easy & tasty "kathiyawadi Dishes".

1) Vagharelo Rotlo:

Ingrediants:

-1 Bajri Rotlo

-2 spring onions

-1 small tomato

-1 tsp grated garlic

-1 tsp red chilli powder

-1 tsp coriander powder

-1/4 tsp turmeric

-1 tsp mustard seeds

-1 tbsp curd

-2 tsp oil

-salt( according to your taste)

-juice of half lemon


Direction:

-first cut the Bajri Rotlo into tiny pieces.

-In a pan add some oil, then add mustard seeds, let them splutter. then add onions cook them until transparent.

-Then add tomato and garlic mix all together. cook them for 2 mins in a low flame.

-Now add all the spices. red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, curd and lemon mix all together.

-Add the bajri rotlo and mix well. cover & cook for 2 mins on a low flame.

-Lastly sprinkle some coriander leaves and wolaaah Bajri Rotlo is ready to serve. 






2) Guvar nu Shak(Gavar ki sabzi):

Ingrediants:

-500 gram Guvar

-1 patato(optional)

-1 small tomato

-1 tsp garlic paste

-1 tbsp Peanut Powder

-1 tsp mustard seeds

-1 tsp cumin seeds

-2 tsp red chilli powder

-3 tsp coriander powder

-1/4 tsp turmeric

-pinch of asfetida

-salt(according to taste)

-1 cup water


Direction:

-In a pressure Cooker add some Oil, then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds let them Splutter, Then add pinch of Hing(Asfetida).

-Add Tomato and garlic paste cook them for 30 sec. Then add guvar and chopped Potato. Add some salt mix it together and cook it for one minute on a medium flame.

-Now add all the masala red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, peanut powder and mix all and them add 1 cup of water.

-Lastly add some coriander on top, cover the cooker and cook until 3 whistles.

-Your tasty Gavar ki sabzi is now ready to serve, Enjoyy!!







3)Vaghareli Khichdi:

Ingrediants:

-1 cup moong dal

-2 cup rice

-1 small onion finely chopped

-1 small tomato finally chopped

-1 tbsp grated garlic

-1 tsp red chilli powder

-1 tsp coriander powder

-1 tsp turmeric

-pinch of afetida

-2 tsp oil

-1 tsp cumin seeds

-salt(according to taste)

- 5 cups of water


Direction:

-Mix Rice and moong dal and wash it at least 3 times in a running water. Then sock them in a water for 30 mins.

-In a pressure cooker add some oil, then add cumin seeds let them splutter, then add onions, tomato, and garlic mix all, and cook them for 3 mins.

-Now add masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt mix all then add water.

-now bring the water to boil and then add soaked rice in it.

-now cover the cooker and cook until 4 whistles.

-And your 'vaghareli khichdi"is ready!
