Healthy Smoothie Ideas

 Hey guys,

I am sharing with you some of my favorite Go to smoothie recipes. These all are the healthy for your everyday breakfast. so let's get started....





Tropical Smoothie:

ingredients:

-1 frozen banana

-5 slice of frozen pineapple

-1 cup milk

-honey


-Mix it all together in a blender and voilaaaah your tropical smoothie is ready to drink!


Healthy skin Smoothie:

Ingredients:

-handful of spinach

-half beetroot

-pinch of cinnamon

-1 tbsp chia seed

-honey or maple syrup


-Mix all these together and blend it. This smoothie will help you with clear and get glow on  skin. because beetroot are high in vitamin C.


Post workout smoothie:

ingredients:

-handful of spinach

-1 frozen banana

-1 tbsp chia seed

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tbsp honey

-1 tsp sunflower seeds

-2 dates chopped

-1 cup of water


-Mix all. This is the best smoothie for Post workout. it contains lots of fiber and anti-oxidants. and also protein from sunflower seeds.



Also you can add chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds in any smoothie u like.
